Federal Engineering

Military engineering is loosely defined as the art and practice of designing and building military works and maintaining lines of military transport and communications. Military engineers are also responsible for logistics behind military tactics. Modern military engineering requires more than civil engineering techniques. In the 20th and 21st centuries, military engineering also includes other engineering disciplines such as mechanical and electrical engineering techniques

Federal projects can have requirements quite different than the private sector. Differences include contract forms and formats, project administration, project management, and design deliverables. MEI personnel have a proven track record on a number of Federal projects. Our primary areas of expertise include Program/Project Management, Civil Engineering, Range Design, and specialty engineering design of fire arms ranges and support training facilities.
