Project management is system of options that continually change. From managing concept development, to design, and into construction, successful project management requires continual critical thinking as every day brings change. Stuart takes his experience as an engineer and project manager from over 30 years of work in public and private sectors.  As a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point, a decorated combat veteran, licensed commercial multi-engine and rotary wing pilot, Public Works Director, and successful small business owner, Stuart is adept at developing and translating projects with ever-changing circumstances into practical life.

Stuart is a licensed professional engineer in several states, a Florida Certified General Contractor, and accredited as LEED BC+D. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from West Point and a Master’s Degree from the University of South Florida.

Stuart enjoys what he does. He enjoys the daily challenge of managing people and client expectations in engineering, construction, and project management. No project is the same, and every project will have at least one difficult decision point. The challenge is to build the correct framework for each project and to constantly manage options to minimize those difficult decision points. Stuart’s lives by the Army Mantra of “Mission First, People Always”.

Stuart is an outdoorsman. He enjoys spending time together with his wife and three daughters, especially on their visits to the Northeast Georgia Mountains, where they share good times with friends hiking, white water rafting and other adventures. Stuart is not one to sit still for long. He has boundless energy, so if he is sitting still something is wrong...unless of course he's fishing!
